A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Lemar holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child and Family Studies from Berea College as well as an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy from Virginia College's School of Massage Therapy. In 2005, Lemar opened Life Touch Massage, providing mobile massage services. In addition to providing mobile massage services, Lemar was the most requested therapist at Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort and Spa in Hoover, Alabama from 2006 to 2016. During his tenure at Ross Bridges he received many accolades including most requested therapist, Marriot’s Spirit to Serve Award and in 2014, was featured in B Metro Magazine as a Salon & Spa Superstar Massage Therapist. In 2014, Lemar was also nominated by Governor Bentley to serve on the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy. In 2018, he was voted as President of the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy. He served as president until February 2019.

Founder, CEO



A native of Nashville, TN, Patrick has found a second home in Birmingham, AL for the past 10 years. Graduating from the Birmingham School of Massage in 2009, Patrick has provided sports massage to UAB’s Track Team, Women's Softball Team and Football Team along with Samford University's Football Team. Patrick holds the belief that one should consistently take care of the mind and body. He is passionate about massage and believes that massage creates a balance of the mind and body. He consistently works to perfect his craft with certification in Connective Tissue and Neuromuscular therapy as well as Yoga and Physical fitness.

As a physical education teacher and coach, Phillip lives a physical lifestyle. After personally experiencing the benefits of massage and it's impact on stress and tension, he is determined to help others. Many people are unaware of the benefits of massage and its impact on their overall wellness. Phillips strives to help clients experience all the benefits massage offers. 

He knows how everyday life can take its toll on the body. From the stress that comes from work, injuries as a result of physical activities or simply not taking time to relax, Phillip understands our bodies let us know when we need to take care of ourselves. This is where Phillip feels most helpful.

Massage Therapist



As a U.S.Navy Veteran Aqua moved back home and desired to continue her passion for helping people. After pursing a career as a CNA, she realized she still wasn’t fulfilled going to work everyday. Her mother encouraged her to pursue massage therapy. Aqua stepped out of her comfort zone, went back to school and became a massage therapist. Becoming educated on the body, bodily functions and self-healing strategies drives Aqua to continue to learn more. Massage therapy has become her passion as she is able to educate others on the importance of self-care. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing her clients enter the door stressed and tense and leave with a sense of relief. She firmly believes that if you take care of your mind and body, it will surely take care of you.

Brittany is a Birmingham native, graduated from Rising Spirit Institute in Marietta, Georgia in 2008. Brittany also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014. Her specialty is Prenatal, Hot Stone and Sports Massages. Brittany is also experienced in Lymphatic Massage and a certification in Reflexology. Brittany believes that it important to decrease mental and physical stress by consistently implementing bodywork techniques. Brittany's goals are to educate clients on the benefits of massage.
